How we protect places
- Map tiles, never your spot. A shared survey shows tiles, never where you stood.
- Sensitive places stay hidden. Tide pools and shark sightings show only as broad areas, and some places never show at all.
- No ads and no tracking. The app has no analytics or advertising code.
- People confirm names. A record reaches Research grade only when two or more people agree.
